Chalene Johnson worked with a team of experts to produce a distinctive exercise program that burns up to 1,000 calories per hour. Hundreds of people worldwide have used this very program to lose thousands of pounds. Plus, they’ve had FUN doing it! And now it is coming to you!

The unique Turbo Kick® movement patterns, combinations and techniques work together to give YOU the ultimate cardiovascular workout that will melt fat and reshape your body! Each full body workout consists of a sport specific warm-up, higher paced intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training and a mind/body like cool-down designed to maximize weight loss! No equipment is necessary, so there are no extra expenses.

Classes are held at the Kingwood Country Club in the Fitness Center Group Exercise Room.

Under 12 classes in one calendar month: $10 per class (Drop-ins welcome)

**Unlimited classes in one calendar month - $60**

Class times:
     Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 12pm (Fitness Center)
    
     Saturday - 10:45am (Fitness Center)
